1. Promoter

2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
- Entrants to the prize draw must be working in a library-based role within a research institution.
- Entry is open to residents of countries where prize draws are legally permitted.
- Entrants must be resident in a country that is not subject to trade restrictions from the UK.
- Employees of the Promoter, its partners, sponsors, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- The prize draw is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- The Promoter’s decision is final as regards the eligibility of entrants, the validity of entries, and any other matters relating to the prize draw.
3. Entry Period
- The prize draw opens at 08:00 GMT on 6th May 2026.
- The prize draw closes at 23:59 GMT on 6th June 2026.
- Entries received after the closing date will not be included.
4. How to Enter
- To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the survey titled “AI in Libraries: Adoption, Impact, and Challenges”.
- Entry into the prize draw is voluntary.
- Participants must submit their contact details via the optional prize draw entry form.
- Survey responses will remain anonymous and will not be linked to prize draw contact information.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prize
- The prize consists of one £200 online shopping voucher or the equivalent in your local currency, where possible.
- The prize is non-transferable and no alternative will be offered unless stated otherwise.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The draw will take place on or around 10th June 2026.
- The decision of the Promoter is final.
7. Winner Notification
- Winners will be contacted using the email address provided.
- Winners must respond within 14 days of notification to claim their prize.
- If a winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Prize Delivery
- Prizes will be delivered electronically. Winners are responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations associated with receiving the prize.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
- Personal data collected for the prize draw will be used solely for administering the prize draw and contacting winners.
- Prize draw contact details will be stored separately from survey responses.
- Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
- Participants may request deletion of their personal data by contacting the Promoter.
10. Liability
- The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, or not received due to technical or other reasons.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.
11. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes arising from this prize draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Acceptance of Terms
- By entering the prize draw, participants confirm they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
